The customer may request, at its option, to repair the product or replace it, free of cost in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs.

Certification of authenticity

The certificate also confirms legitimate ownership.
All precious stones (diamonds, rubies, pearls, garnets, etc.) and metals (gold and silver) are supplied along with their certificates of authenticity.
Pursuant to art. 52 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchasing contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the customer acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exceptions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only - i.e. retailers and any other parties who purchase items in order to re-sell them to third parties are excluded.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products made on request and/or clearly personalised.

Timing of return

The customer shall send back the goods or hand them over to RR Orafi in Sassari without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which he communicates its withdrawal from this contract.
